Having spent nearly 20 years in corporate human resources, I am an experienced HR generalist that specialises in Employee Relations, Training and Development and Organisational Development work.
Working as a strategical and operation HR partner growing up in the HR function up to Head of Human Resources and working at Executive and Board level.
I am available to work as a HR Consultant for short term case management, HR retainer agreements or if you need an independent HR person to manage any type of investigation, grievances, performance management. disciplinary/ disciplinaries, redundancy or complaint or appeal processes. I have worked on super complex board and executive level case management running these through to employment tribunal with full case strategy and support. I also love to help train and empower HR teams to be the best version of themselves.
No case, or project is too small or too big and I work with a range of wider HR professionals who I am able to refer you onto should you need any additional support.
